Tranportation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily transportation operations to deliver on-time, safe, and efficient service
• Supervise, coach, and develop drivers and transportation associates
• Manage routing, scheduling, and staffing to meet service demands
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Monitor KPIs and resolve issues to improve delivery performance
• Partner with DC operations, customer service, and carriers to support execution
• Support cost control through resource planning and operational discipline
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and transportation documentation

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution
• 1-3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience in a DC, fleet, or route-based delivery environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with TMS, routing or fleet systems
• Knowledge of Canadian transportation and safety regulations
• Experience working with 3PL carriers or private fleet operations
• Our Base Pay Range for this position
• $74,200 - $98,900
