About the role
Lead Unilever Thailand's 1UL dCommerce platform strategy and execution , driving accelerated growth across marketplaces, eRetailers, and emerging digital channels. Responsibilities
- 1UL Platform Strategy & Growth
- Own and deliver the 1UL dCommerce platform strategy across key platforms (pureplay and social commerce)
- Drive accelerated growth through clear channel priorities and platform-specific strategies
- Identify and unlock growth drivers across: Traffic
- Conversion
- Assortment
- Basket size
- Customer & Platform Partnerships
- Lead strategic partnerships with top dCommerce platforms
- Own Joint Business Planning (JBP) , negotiation, and performance governance
- Drive alignment across Business Units to present one unified Unilever face to customers
- Commercial Planning & Activation
- Lead planning and execution of key commercial moments (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12 campaigns)
- Integrate marketing, media, and Customer Development activities for maximum impact
- Ensure flawless execution across: Promotions
- Visibility
- Conversion levers
- Data, Analytics & Performance
- Own performance tracking across: Sales
- Traffic
- Conversion metrics
- Translate insights into actionable growth plans and investment decisions
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reviews with clear recommendations
- 1UL Capability & Transformation
- Drive dCommerce capability building across Customer Development (CBD), Marketing, and cross-functional teams
- Lead rollout of global tools (e.g. PSO, search optimisation, content frameworks )
- Champion digital-first, data-led ways of working
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure: Real-time inventory accuracy
- Fast fulfilment
- Test and implement new tools, integrations, and automation to improve operations and customer experience
- Stay ahead of eCommerce trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
- What You Need to Succeed
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Customer Development, eCommerce, or Digital Commerce
- Strong understanding of Thailand's dCommerce ecosystem (marketplaces, players, dynamics)
- Proven experience managing key accounts and delivering growth through JBP
- Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into commercial action
- Experience in: Digital shelf management
- Search optimisation
- Online execution (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple Business Units ( 1UL mindset critical )
- Agile, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
