Finance Manager (WEST)

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Perform variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities, driving financial accountability
• Lead audit processes and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to support business growth and enhance financial planning
• Support regional reporting and finance initiatives to align with ASEAN-wide objectives
• Manage and develop the finance team to build capabilities and drive performance
• Act as a key finance partner to business leaders, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making
• Collaborate with regional finance counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency in financial practices
• Required competencies and certifications
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably with IFRS knowledge
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated team management experience
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• 6-8+ years of relevant finance experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with commercial awareness
