Provide organizational transformation, strategic execution, and mission-support modernization within a Federal civilian/military environment as part of advisory + execution support, embedded with leadership, focused on outcomes such as adoption, alignment, performance improvement, and decision quality. Support database improvements and/or data migration efforts (data mapping, validation, cutover planning support). Maintain SharePoint sites and structured repositories for project artifacts; enforce version control and knowledge management.
