Position Summary The Alternative Funds Administration Team is seeking a detailed oriented Senior Fund Operations Analyst with 2-5 years' working experience supporting hedge funds and private equity operations, to fill a role in our Baltimore office. Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV calculations and reconciliation processes are key requirements. Essential Functions/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review daily and monthly NAV calculations performed by fund administrator for hedge funds, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Assist with investor allocations, subscriptions, and redemptions. Cayman, Bermuda or any offshore funds jurisdictional experience. Experience with multi series fund of funds with complex redemption scheduling and cash management. Collaborate with Client Service Teams and Portfolio Managers to manage investor interests as part of the subscriptions process. Manage communications with service providers, including fund administrators, custodians, and auditors. Collaborate closely with the investment team on the ongoing management of investments and the launch of new strategies. Support internal groups involved in hedge funds, Private Equity investments, such as legal, tax, accounting, reporting, and compliance. Implement process and procedure improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
