Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description Job Description The Home Improvement Analytics and Insights Senior Manager is responsible for uncovering, delivering and activating consumer insights to directly influence growth strategy. Leads the team's data strategy and uses various analytical tools to understand shoppers, markets and retail behavior. Identifies key business drivers across the enterprise to fuel winning plans. Key Responsibilities Include: Design and execute consumer learning plans, including primary research Partner with category analytics and insights managers on foundational, innovation and demand creation research and insights Drive shopper insights to action (joint business plan, selling stories, category growth plans, ad-hoc analyses) Partner with Growth Analysts and Sales Account Executives to integrate shopper and market insights into Category Reviews and sales calls Lead test and learn analytics for strategic projects Bring the outside context in via drumbeat of marketplace insights to the team and the retailers
