Working alongside the Head of Integrated Logistics Support, you will contribute to building a world class ILS capability from the ground up. This role offers broad exposure across multiple supportability disciplines while helping define the standards, methodologies, and best practices that will support our growing portfolio of aerospace programs. What You'll Do Support the implementation of Integrated Logistics Support processes, methodologies, and standards across multiple programs. Ensure compliance with ASD S-Series specifications, including S1000D, S2000M, and S3000L. Review ILS activities, deliverables, and documentation to verify compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal procedures. Support the development of maintenance concepts, support strategies, and supportability requirements. Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of ILS templates, procedures, and working instructions. Participate in customer reviews, audits, and compliance activities. Ensure alignment between engineering outputs, logistics processes, technical documentation, and supportability activities. Promote industry best practices and lessons learned across the Integrated Logistics Support function. Support the continuous development of a scalable and standardized ILS capability. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Defence, Logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 1 to 3 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support, Supportability Engineering, Product Support, or a related field. Familiarity with ASD S-Series standards, including S1000D, S2000M, and S3000L. Understanding of lifecycle support concepts and maintenance planning principles. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working within regulated aerospace or defense environments is considered an advantage. Exposure to UAV, aerospace, or unmanned systems programs is highly desirable. Any ILS related training or supportability engineering certification is considered a plus. Familiarity with configuration management concepts is beneficial. Additional European languages are an advantage.
