Responsibilities
- Lead incident management and crisis communications for the Vanguard Workplace Solutions (VWS) division, developing and executing clear, timely messaging for external audiences (plan sponsors, consultants, partners) and internal stakeholders across high‑risk, time‑sensitive events.
