What you will need to do: Lead and manage all procurement activities and resources across the different disciplines of Procurement, Subcontracting, Expediting, and Logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient end-to-end operations throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure the establishment and maintenance of a close, continuous, and effective coordination and interface with Engineering, Project Controls, Construction, Quality, and Stores departments to support overall project objectives. Ensure full compliance with all commercial, contractual, and legal requirements in every procurement transaction and activity carried out within the project. Develop procurement strategies in line with project requirements and lead all commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and third parties to achieve optimal outcomes. Monitor, implement, and maintain strict adherence to the Company's Procurement Procedures, policies, and governance frameworks across all procurement activities. Oversee and ensure proper implementation of Vendor Assessment processes and Supplier Performance Management systems to maintain a reliable and high-performing supply chain. Manage, guide, and support the Project Procurement Team, including Procurement Engineers, Subcontract Engineers, Procurement Officers, Purchasers, and Logistics personnel, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous development. What you will need to have: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil Engineering is preferred). Diploma or certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is an advantage. Minimum 9 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role as Project Procurement Manager. Previous experience in Marine or Civil Infrastructure construction projects is highly preferred. Strong experience in procurement of construction materials and equipment (e.g., concrete, steel, quarry materials). Strong leadership and people management skills. Good knowledge of ERP systems and procurement-related software. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. You are someone who: Has strong leadership and team management capabilities.
