SAP Business Analyst - Finance & Procurement (FI / P2P) (M/W)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements from Finance and Procurement stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for SAP solutions
• Ensure consistency and alignment of solutions across end-to-end business processes (P2P, FI)
• Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and external partners/vendors
• Support and follow up on solution delivery and implementation phases
• Contribute to testing activities (UAT, validation) and ensure solution quality
• Support change management and user adoption (training, documentation, workshops)
• Participate in project governance and Agile ceremonies (backlog, workshops, etc.)
• 5+ years' experience as SAP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
• Strong expertise in: SAP Finance (FI)
• Procure-to-Pay processes (P2P: PO, GR, IV)
• Proven experience in: Requirement gathering & functional specification writing
• Stakeholder management (business & IT)
• Ability to understand financial flows, postings, and reporting impacts
• Experience in international / multi-entity environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory), German / French is an asset
