About the role

Are you ambitious, commercially minded, and passionate about live music? Face To Face Touring is looking for a Sponsorship & Partnerships Coordinator to join a brand-new commercial function, someone ready to help build something, not just maintain it. If you have a background in sponsorship, marketing, or live events and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll be embedded across both the Partnerships and Marketing functions, working across an incredible portfolio including the Pair'd Margaret River Region Festival, Red Hot Summer Tour, Summersalt, and more. This is a rare opportunity to join a commercial function from the ground up, with exposure to a growing pipeline of major events, tourism partnerships, and government relationships across WA and beyond. If this sounds like you, apply now with your resume and a cover letter telling us why you'd be a great addition to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Sponsor deliverables management: Maintain and manage the sponsor deliverables tracker across the portfolio, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Campaign coordination: Support the delivery of marketing campaigns by coordinating assets, timelines, and content requirements across internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Asset management: Collate and maintain marketing and sponsor assets including logos, copy, imagery, and brand guidelines, ensuring all materials are current and on brand.
  • Onsite delivery: Coordinate sponsor branding and activation requirements with the Site Operations team, supporting delivery across bump-in, event days, and bump-out.
  • Content capture: Manage photography and videography providers onsite, ensuring all sponsor and marketing capture requirements are delivered and maintained post-event.
  • Government and tourism support: Support the CCO in progressing key partnerships with stakeholders including Tourism WA, BGPA, and state and local government bodies.
  • Reporting and insights: Support post-event sponsor and partner reporting, including deliverable documentation, marketing value summaries, and campaign performance data.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience: 2+ years in sponsorship, partnerships, marketing, events, or account coordination, ideally within live events or entertainment.
  • Strategic exposure: Experience with government, tourism, or major event partnerships is a bonus given the growing scope of this role.
  • Strong attention to detail: A natural ability to manage multiple deliverables, track moving parts, and keep everything running to a high standard.
  • Communication skills: Confidence liaising with internal teams, sponsors, and external stakeholders, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Organised and proactive: A self-starter who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced event environment without missing a beat.
  • Commercial curiosity: Keen to grow beyond a coordination role and build broader commercial experience over time.
  • The Benefits:
  • A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • A flexible approach to when and where you work, designed to support balance in all aspects of life.
  • Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
  • A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
  • Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.
  • Equal Opportunities:
