Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support to end users across the region and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests through the IT Service Management platform.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, or Systems Administration roles.
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience supporting Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms and software deployment tools.
- Experience supporting endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or equivalent technologies.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise wireless solutions (e.g. Aruba, Ruckus, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting enterprise firewall and VPN solutions (e.g. SonicWall or equivalent).
- Familiarity with IT Service Management platforms such as ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Experience supporting ISO 27001 environments will be an advantage.
