As a Graduate Marketing Specialist, you will be embedded within the marketing team, working on real campaigns, real launches, and real in-market execution. This role is designed to build future brand leaders - starting with a strong foundation in execution. What You'll Be Responsible For : 1. Campaign Execution Support the rollout of integrated campaigns across digital, social, and retail channels Work directly with agencies to deliver creative assets and activations Own timelines and ensure campaigns go live on time and in full 2. In-Market Excellence Execute in-store activations, promotions, and visibility initiatives Partner closely with sales teams to ensure strong retail presence Conduct regular market visits to assess execution and identify gaps 3. Content & Digital Activation Support content planning and publishing across platforms Coordinate with agencies to adapt global campaigns for local relevance Track performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement 4. Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the connector between marketing, sales, and external partners Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution Support budget tracking, approvals, and internal processes 5.
