Tasks: Analyzing and resolving issues related to SAP SD and Service Cloud v2 system functionality. Collaborating with an international team on implementing new solutions. Gaining hands-on experience with SAP system configuration and support. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for implemented solutions, learning best practices for knowledge sharing. Learning and developing expertise in SAP functionalities and business processes. Implement SAP solutions for the Home Comfort industry, specifically across Service, Sales and Distribution, and HR modules. Work with process specialists to understand how business needs translate into IT solutions. Profile : Student of preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Management, Telecommunications, Econometrics, or related fields. Avaiability of min. 30h per week. English & Polisch language at least B2 level. Basic knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn. Good organizational and communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
