Responsibilities
- Event Strategy & Lead Generation
- Develop, execute, and manage event marketing initiatives designed to generate qualified sales leads.

- Manage event budgets, forecasting, inventory, and resource allocation while maintaining financial accountability.
- Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics, team productivity, and return on investment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to strengthen market presence and drive business growth.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve event performance, customer engagement, and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand and remain stationary for extended periods during events, up to 6 hours at a time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% throughout the assigned market.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed to support scheduled events.
- Associate degree or higher.
- Experience in event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, direct sales, retail marketing, or related industries.
- Strong recruiting, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
