As the Fleet Coordinator at Splend, your core responsibility is to keep vehicles on the road and reduce VOR (Vehicle Off-Road) time. You'll do this through hands-on vehicle coordination, site-level logistics, supplier relationship management, and process ownership. You'll be the operational backbone of our Cricklewood hub - making sure customer and sales vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be, and in roadworthy condition. This is a dynamic, physical, and fast-paced role, with daily movement of vehicles and regular problem-solving to ensure everything runs smoothly across our growing multi-site operation.
