The role owns all aspects of delivery-Operations and/or Technology-to ensure customer and client satisfaction through effective planning, execution, monitoring, and proactive risk management. This role defines success metrics, builds strong client relationships, and establishes a sustainable delivery model that meets or exceeds contractual performance standards. The Senior Practice Manager leads resource strategy, demand-supply alignment, and financial planning, while ensuring seamless transitions for new client implementations. The role also has full accountability for people and talent management, including performance assessment, leadership development, engagement, retention, and succession planning, while collaborating across service and performance teams.
