Engineering Manager, Director

Responsibilities

• You'll also be:
• Applying Agile methods to the development of software on the backlog
• Producing resilient and long-lived software and acting flexibly to cope with future needs
• Delivering intentional architecture and formulating emergent design through innovative ideas, experimentation and prototyping
• Designing and developing software with a focus on the automation of build, test and deployment activities, using executable patterns
• The skills you'll need
• Additionally, you'll demonstrate:
• Experience of at least 15 years into .Net (Core / 6+), along with microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST/gRPC & Modern Backend Architecture
• Strong People Leadership & Team Development experience
• Experience of Azure Cloud & Cloud-Native Engineering such as Azure App Services, AKS, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault
• Strong Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Management skills like Backlog management, prioritisation, roadmap alignment
