The program's goal is to help participants build career readiness skills, gain work experience, and prepare for long-term employment and/or continued education to ensure their success. Position Summary: Youth Interns will support daily operations within their assigned academic, business, or community service organization as per the program's design. Under supervision, the intern will perform a variety of project-based tasks designed to develop both personal & professional skills, along with workplace competencies. Interns will also participate in training sessions and workshops focused on career development, financial literacy, communication, and teamwork.
