- Demonstrates competence in one or two programming languages or technologies.
- Works with existing data models and schemas and suggests changes and improvements where necessary.
- Debugs and fixes your own software with minimal assistance.
- Practices automated testing and tests your work in an automated and repeatable way.
- Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with back-end software engineering in a TDD environment utilizing technology stacks that include any of the following: Java, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS, Selenium, Cucumber.
- Experience with building custom integrations with Business Process Management (BPM) platforms (ex: Chorus) and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (ex: Blue Prism, Appian, Automation Anywhere. etc).
