Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Create, own, and continuously improve contract management processes and procedures at the regional level to identify and close process gaps, ensuring standardized and scalable practices across the organization Design and implement vendor recovery processes and procedures to maximize contractual recoveries from suppliers and subcontractors, tracking outcomes and refining strategies to improve recovery rates Manage and serve as the primary contract owner for key large customers, ensuring strategic alignment, proactive issue resolution, and long-term partnership development Lead claim mitigation efforts, identify emerging risks, and manage LD calculations and mitigation strategies across projects, warranty, and service contracts Provide strategic contractual guidance to teams across projects, services, and transactional business, including pre-award support, lessons learned integration, and contract strategy development Support base contract language revisions and support enterprise-wide procedures, playbooks, and frameworks to support best practices in contract management across regions Maintain all contract-related documentation including contracts, customer communications, performance reports, warranty summary trackers, and claims trackers, ensuring proper document retention across all phases Serve as a "radar" for potential litigation and compliance issues, providing litigation support and escalating risks as appropriate Serve as a subject matter expert and best practice resource for contract management, contributing to strategy and policy development and mentoring less experienced team members Coordinate cross-functionally with projects, legal, customer service, operations, field service, and commercial teams to ensure contractual alignment and customer satisfaction Champion continuous improvement initiatives across contract management functions, identifying process gaps and implementing solutions that drive measurable improvements in contract performance and risk mitigation Communicate complex contractual, commercial, and technical information to executive audiences and external stakeholders; influence strategic decisions and drive alignment across organizational and regional boundaries Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 7 years of experience in operations, commercial, sales, contract management, or project management functions. - Significant experience supporting project execution, contracts, and service agreements.
