We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can keep pace with a fast-moving GTM org and help us hire the people who'll drive our next phase of growth. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and other go-to-market roles, partner closely with hiring leaders, and have real room to shape how we recruit - not just execute someone else's playbook. This seat is built for someone who runs independently, plays well with a small team, and gets energy from building. If you like solving for both today's req and next quarter's hiring plan, you'll fit right in. Sourcing and pipeline Proactively source and engage passive GTM candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels. Build pipelines that serve both open roles and the ones we'll open next quarter. Use creative, data-informed sourcing strategies to surface a diverse slate of top talent. Lean into AI tools to work smarter - sourcing, outreach, screening, and everywhere else they sharpen your edge. Full-cycle recruiting Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales and other GTM roles, including Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership hires. Partner with hiring leaders from kickoff through close - calibrating on the role, designing the interview loop, and aligning on what "great" looks like. Adapt in real time as hiring needs shift. Bring agile planning, transparent communication, and data to the conversation. Run substantive interviews that assess both capability and culture fit. Tell our story in a way that makes top candidates want to lean in. Deliver a candidate experience that's high-touch, honest, and timely - every time. Keep Greenhouse clean and current, and report on the metrics that move the business. Process and AI Treat process as a product. Evaluate what's working, fix what isn't, and ship improvements that make hiring faster and better. Champion AI across the recruiting workflow. Bring new tools, new ideas, and a bias for trying things. Share what you learn so the whole team gets better. Collaboration and onboarding Partner with People Ops and hiring managers to make the handoff from offer to first day feel seamless. Support onboarding touchpoints for GTM hires.
