Responsibilities
- This will be an integral role in the WiseEnergy team, including:
- Contract management i.e. renewals, tendering, issuing notices, obligations, etc. related to individual solar farm companies (SPA, Lease, PPA, O&M, EPC, etc) and understanding of lender requirements associated with contracts.
- In coordination with the Finance team, support the projects operational budgets and required reforecasts.
- Management of regulatory compliance submissions
- Monthly, or as required, client reporting
- Ensure compliance with environmental, social, governance (ESG) and community relations obligations and requirements.
- Work closely with the technical team to understand and strategically resolve technical issues.
- Management of insurance claims.
- Management of land lease agreements and relationships with landlords
- Support ongoing asset onboardings
- Approvals of contractual invoices

- EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in renewable energy space (preferably solar)
