UX Designer (Part Time On Call) The Work ICF is seeking an experienced UX Designer to support client‑aligned digital service design work across our Experience practice. This role is ideal for a junior‑to‑mid level designer who has hands‑on experience designing and building user experiences and enjoys working closely with delivery teams to create usable, scalable solutions in a consulting environment. This is a part‑time, on‑call role supporting specific projects as needs arise. Job Location This position requires that the job be performed in the United States. If you accept this position, you should note that ICF monitors employee work locations and blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses and prohibits personal VPN connections. This is a part‑time, on‑call role with variable hours based on project needs (from 0-30 hours per week). You may be asked to travel occasionally (e.g., quarterly) to an ICF office or client meeting. Core collaboration hours are 10:00am-4:00pm Eastern Time, with flexibility outside those hours depending on time zone and project needs.
