Responsibilities

- Must Have Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2-3 years as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within enterprise IT programs
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional ScrumMaster (PSM), or equivalent
- SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master) is an advantage
- Experience in payments, banking, fintech, or regulated industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex delivery environment
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Understanding of payment systems, transaction processing, or digital banking platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
