The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is a strategic, client-facing people partner supporting senior executives. In this highly visible role, you will operate as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping shape and execute people strategies that drive business performance, organizational effectiveness, and leadership excellence. You will support senior leaders and their teams and partner closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and People Experience teams to deliver enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives. While this is an individual contributor role, the scope is highly strategic-requiring strong business acumen, exceptional influencing skills, and the ability to advise executives on workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and complex people challenges. As part of the broader Business & People Partner team, you will collaborate with peers aligned to executive organizations to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across HR programs. You will use data insights, diagnostic tools, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics to anticipate needs, solve complex issues, and enable leaders to build high-performing and engaged teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to senior executive leaders Partner closely with business leaders to design and execute people strategies aligned to global priorities and business objectives. Leverage deep business understanding and data-driven insights to translate organizational needs into talent, engagement, and workforce strategies that drive results. Lead the Enterprise-wide and business talent agenda , including talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and reward program delivery for a global workforce. Collaborate across the People Experience ecosystem, including COEs and regional partners, to deliver fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions . Drive and facilitate change management initiatives , with a focus on culture, inclusion, leadership capability, and employee engagement. Coach and develop leaders and managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational health. REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with relevant certification preferred 8-10+ years of progressive Human Resources or related experience Demonstrated success leading global people strategies and driving process improvement in complex, matrixed organizations. Proven experience leading organizational transformation and change initiatives . Strong track record of influencing and partnering with senior leaders across multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and build alignment at all levels. Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes. Goal-oriented, proactive, and accountable, with a passion for driving meaningful results. Agile, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments. Key Attributes for Success Global mindset with curiosity and respect for cultural differences; global HR experience strongly preferred. Strong experience working within a Center of Excellence (COE) HR model , identifying and deploying high-impact solutions. Data fluency , with the ability to consult using insights that inform effective decision-making. Exceptional judgment, diplomacy, and influence, including the ability to navigate strongly held perspectives. Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
