Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Acoustics or Acoustical Engineering (Ph.D. preferred)
  • Experience teaching at the university level
  • Record of creative scholarship/professional activity
  • Demonstration of collaboration and participation in professional organizations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Command of technology to support professional work and advance teaching and learning
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion

Job Description: Reporting to and under the supervision of the Chair of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the ideal candidate will have content expertise and be skilled in pedagogical practices that engage students and make education relevant.
