✅ Key Responsibilities Onboarding KOLs & Communities - Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard trader KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders to promote and utilize our exchange. Partnership Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, signal groups, and crypto communities to encourage ongoing platform usage. Outreach & Negotiation - Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions with potential collaborators. Growth Initiatives - Support the design and execution of referral, rebate, and promotional programs to attract and retain traders. Market Research - Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and rising KOLs or trading communities. Cross-Team Collaboration - Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained engagement. Performance Monitoring - Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of partnerships, including user acquisition and engagement metrics. 👤 Qualifications & Skills 2-5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in crypto, fintech, or influencer marketing. Solid understanding of crypto trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL dynamics. Active presence or strong familiarity with platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a hunter mindset - comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals. language proficiency , especially for engaging with Japanese-speaking users, partners, or communities 🚀 Nice to Have: Existing network or working relationships with KOLs, professional traders, or crypto community leaders.
