Responsibilities
- Facilities & Technical Engineering Operations
- Oversee low-side and high-side equipment including HVAC, electrical panels (LT/HT), DG sets, UPS and fire systems

- Maintain asset registers and compliance documentation
- Develop and implement SOPs for facilities and admin functions
- Ensure audit readiness and statutory compliance
- People Management & Reporting
- Hire, train and manage supervisors, engineers and maintenance staff
- Coordinate with IT, security and internal stakeholders
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Support budget planning and cost control
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- 6+ years of experience in Administration & Facilities within IT/ITES or large corporate environments
