The work As an on‑site Business Functional Analyst, you'll be embedded daily at the client site to support new and existing deployments of our Microsoft Dynamics/Power Apps Task Management Tool (TMT). You'll navigate a complex environment, collaborating with business users, project sponsors, senior leadership, and technical/supporting teams to deliver, update, and expand TMT functionality. In many cases, you will serve as the primary on‑site point of contact-partnering closely with senior leadership, end users, and technical staff-while being supported by experienced Accenture Federal Services specialists in technology, application development, and project management. Here's what you need Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Proven ability to drive process improvement, user adoption, and change management Experience delivering user training (classroom and desk‑side) and updating training/configuration materials Eligibility Requirements US Citizenship Secret clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
