- Produce Stampings by processing metal through hydraulic press, safely, within specified tolerances. - Inspect completed parts for conformance to standards and tolerances. - Report non-conforming parts to supervisor / QC staff. - Communicate needs with material handlers, and then remove scrap and maintain organized work area. - Previous experience operating punch press is desired but not required. - Must demonstrate the physical ability to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner. - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Safety conscious at all times. - Reliable transportation to and from work. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: - Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis. - Requires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily. - Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products. - Requires full range of physical motion to operate manual & electrically powered tools/machines (i.e., forklift). - Stand 100 % of the day.
