Lead and manage distributed AgileRPO teams, ensuring excellence in delivery across multiple clients, time zones, and functions. Drive daily sprint-based recruitment operations, ensuring consistent output, productivity, and SLA adherence. Provide strong remote leadership, coaching, mentoring, and enabling Talent Partners to succeed in fast-paced, high-volume mandates. Oversee and optimize AgileRPO performance: capacity planning, forecasting, reporting, client stakeholder management, and escalations. Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on hiring strategies, workforce planning, talent market insights, and process improvements. Ensure smooth execution of global hiring needs across tech and non-tech roles, including senior and niche talent segments. Implement scalable recruitment processes, talent analytics, and quality frameworks to elevate overall delivery. Contribute to internal hiring and growth of the team as Cygnify expands across regions.
