THE POSITION : The People Partner - Europe reports to the Senior People Director - Europe and works closely with both European and global HR teams, as well as cross-functional partners such as Finance, Payroll, and Legal. The role also collaborates, where relevant, with external HR partners and service providers, supporting the HR needs of managers and employees across the allocated countries. This role is a key contributor to the success of our growth and operations in the region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This includes implementing, reinforcing, and evaluating legally compliant HR policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as fostering a positive and productive work environment that supports employee well-being, engagement, and development of our employees. The role is home office based, (full time position), located in Ireland. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Collaborates with the HR leadership to fully understand the business needs across Europe, support all day-to-day HR operations and ensure a positive employee experience. Manages the full employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits administration, absence management, management of employee data and information, employment law compliance and employee relations. Manage, organize and upload employee information into appropriate HR systems while ensuring data integrity. Act as a liaison between Shared Services functions (HR, Finance, Legal) and other internal partners for ensuring timely and accurate responses to all inquiries. Ensure smooth interactions with authorities, external partners or providers related to Compensation & Benefits, social security, global mobility, taxes. Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent and assist staff with retirement plans, payroll, systems, or employment contract questions. Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale and development. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Plans, coordinates, and implements initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations and strategy needs. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management. Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for employees. Oversee compliance and international mobility aspects of the workforce, support/assist in the relocation process of internal/external candidates. Assist and guide internal stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions. Manage HR initiatives/processes including training and development, performance management, diversity, inclusion and engagement surveys to support the organizations and strategy needs. Act as Ambassador for the company cultural beliefs, support internal communication and employee engagement activities. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
