Requirements

- Content Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to deliver content to the right audience on various channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Xiaohongshu. - Promotional Material: Design and create promotional materials, including posters, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other types of print. - Social Media Campaigns: Brainstorm, plan, and execute innovative social media campaigns for multiple platforms, adhering to brand guidelines. - Integrated Marketing Strategies: Plan and develop integrated marketing strategies to increase lead generation and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, utilizing both digital and offline media. - Photography/Videography Coordination: Assist and coordinate any photography or videography needed for marketing campaigns and social media content. - Marketing Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. - Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. - KPI Achievement: Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure marketing goals are met and provide regular reports on campaign performance. - Website Management: Maintain and monitor the company website on WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
