Responsibilities

• ✅ Welcome and engage customers with a positive experience
• ✅ Introduce products and understand customers' needs
• ✅ Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle display standards
• ✅ Record customer information and update system records
• ✅ Assist with social media content creation and marketing activities
• ✅ Support daily showroom operations and administrative duties

Requirements

• ✔ At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
• ✔ Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• ✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• ✔ Positive attitude with excellent customer service mindset
• ✔ Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage
• ✔ Automotive industry experience is a plus
