As an Assistant Quality Manager , you'll play a key role in driving quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with international standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products to customers worldwide. 🌟 What You'll Be Doing Support and drive the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards. Lead quality improvement projects and implement preventive and corrective actions. Manage customer quality issues, complaints, and product quality investigations. Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC, and CAPA. Coordinate internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Partner with Engineering, Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to enhance product and process quality. Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and guide the quality team to achieve operational excellence. ✅ What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of quality assurance/quality engineering experience , preferably within the semiconductor, machine vision, electronics, or precision engineering industry. Good understanding of ISO 9001 , quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies. Hands-on experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, MSA, and Six Sigma . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience managing customer quality requirements and supplier quality is an added advantage.
