Job Details Per diem pharmacist Shift: Monday through Friday 9:30-6 and Saturdays 9-4. Future state will include a Sunday shift that is TBD. Expectations are this is based out of the Apothecary and will provide floater coverage at all of our other outpatient pharmacies, which vary in shifts as well The Clinical Pharmacist oversees the medication distribution system for their area of responsibility. In addition, the Clinical Pharmacist identifies, prevents, and resolves drug therapy problems by ensuring each medication is indicated, effective, safe, and convenient for the patient.
