  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in retail and corporate office interiors
  • Experience managing projects across multiple disciplines including contract and procurement management
  • Knowledge of the furniture industry is advantageous
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings, architectural/technical blueprints, and shop drawings
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet research
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing and leading project teams to successful outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in project execution
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and meet project timelines
