Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs without compromising safety or quality. Requirements and Qualifications 1. CAAM Part 66 License Holder / Degree in Aircraft Maintenance/Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, OR 2. More than 5 years experience with in-depth knowledge of aviation MRO processes and quality control standards in accordance with Part 145 regulations. 3. Strong mathematical and analytical skills to evaluate data and optimize production schedules. 4. Proficiency in using AMOS & Airbus Maintenance Manual. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments and regulatory bodies. 6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of employees, fostering a collaborative work environment. 7. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. 8. A deadline-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational goals. 9. Proven coaching skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees to improve performance and productivity. 10. More than 3 years experience working on A320 or A330 aircraft.
