Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (required)
- Master's degree (MBA, MSc in Finance, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent recognized by Singapore authorities (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are advantageous
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, corporate control, or business partnering roles within large, complex, or multinational organizations
- At least 5 years in a leadership or transformation management capacity.
- Demonstrated track record in financial planning, analytics, systems implementation, and transformation project delivery
