Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise internal technicians and external contractors to execute instrumentation maintenance activities effectively.

- Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve safety.
- Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in petrochemical, chemical, or process industries.
- OR
- Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills to guide maintenance teams effectively.
- Strong planning and scheduling capabilities to optimize maintenance workflows.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve maintenance objectives.
- Organized, meticulous, and safety-conscious approach to maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of SAP PM or CMMS systems to support maintenance management.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as HART, PROFIBUS, and Fieldbus.
- Experience in turnaround planning and execution.
- Knowledge of contractor management and permit-to-work systems.
