Aboutthe Role Weare looking for a skilled Pega Developer to design and deliver scalablebusiness applications that drive digital transformation. In this role, you willwork closely with cross-functional teams to implement Pega-based solutions thatenhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support businessinnovation. KeyResponsibilities: -Develop and implement applications using Pega PRPC - Translate business requirements into technical solutions - Configure workflows, case management, and UI components - Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices - Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning - Support integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) - Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews RequiredQualifications -Minimum 3 years of Pega development experience - Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and case management - Strong understanding of application design and data modeling - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments - Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and databases - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills PreferredQualifications -Pega CSA or CSSA certification - Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub or Robotics - Familiarity with cloud platforms or DevOps practices - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Aboutthe Company / Team Wework with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and humaningenuity.
