Beauty Partnerships Manager

About the role

We're hiring a Director of Partnerships to build a pipeline through relationships, events, and network, not cold outbound. This person will operate at the same level as our Sales Directors, reporting to the VP of Sales. They'll be the face of Influur in rooms where we don't yet have a presence, leveraging an existing network across the influencer, media, and agency spaces to generate a warm pipeline that converts. This is a solo seat to start, with Partnership Associates added as volume grows. The role is opportunistic on verticals, with expertise in Beauty, and is measured on partnership-sourced pipeline that becomes revenue.
