Content Design Intern (Localisation HK)

About the role

Support the creation and improvement of product copy, marketing content and other materials for the Hong Kong market Help write and review content so it is clear, consistent, user-centred and aligned to SEEK's voice and style Assist with localisation and content adaptation work across English and Cantonese content Support translation and content operations work, including glossary updates and content QA Work with your manager to set and align on priorities, timelines and learning goals Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers and marketers to create cohesive content across touchpoints and channels Help review research materials such as surveys, scripts and participant communications Contribute to content audits, competitor reviews and other content design tasks Learn and apply product design and human-centred design principles in day-to-day work Continuously improve your craft through feedback, mentoring and hands-on practice Native fluency in Cantonese and fluency in English Strong interest in writing, content design, UX writing, localisation or communications Familiarity with digital products, apps or websites is helpful Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in AI and translation tools will be an advantage A genuine interest in writing, designing and how content can improve people's experiences A learning and growth mindset At SEEK, we are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing that embraces and values the diversity of our people.
