  • What You Bring
  • 8-12 years of medical device sales experience , including leadership roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience managing $10M+ territories and teams of 12+ direct reports
  • Strong business acumen, especially in deal profitability and forecasting
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy and competitive positioning
  • Adaptability and a hands-on leadership style

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Ability to travel weekly (minimum 1 field visit per week ) with overnight travel as needed
  • Must meet healthcare credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 compliance
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time, including overnight stays, to support customer needs and team development
