  • Comfortable working in remote and distributed team environments
  • CCNP Collaboration (or equivalent hands-on experience) with Cisco UC technologies
  • Familiarity with ITIL or structured change management practices
  • Experience with large enterprise UC deployments , including multi-cluster and multi-site architectures
