- Education

- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and surgical procedures ( Orthopaedics preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects independently.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Preferred:
