Role | We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Facilities to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of our apartments in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time. Responsibilities | Day-to-Day Operations: - Maintenance Coordination: Help coordinate daily maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, and appliance replacements. - Vendor Management: Manage relationships and keep tabs with external contractors and vendors, including scheduling appointments and reviewing invoices. - Insurance Coordination: Work with insurance providers to file claims and trak them. Preventive Maintenance: - Identify and Address Issues: Proactively identify potential maintenance issues and take steps to address them before they escalate. - Schedule and Coordinate: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all apartments. - Monitor and Track: Track the status of preventive maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion. Additional Responsibilities: - On-Site Presence: Be available to receive and greet external service providers, such as plumbers, electricians, and cleaning crews. - Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
