The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Training Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: How you will make an impact Perform training delivery and facilitation for assigned programs, using effective communication and influencing techniques to drive knowledge, skill development, and behavior change across audiences. Execute the design, development, and continuous improvement of training materials, including manuals, modules, and e-learning content to support business and operational needs. Support business partners and teams by analyzing training needs, resolving moderately complex issues, and providing guidance on training processes, tools, and best practices. Coordinate training plans, schedules, records, and program logistics to ensure alignment with business timelines, compliance requirements, and overall training objectives. Prepare training reports, effectiveness analyses, and cost estimates by tracking training data and feedback to improve program outcomes and inform business decisions. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND two (2) years of training, learning and development, instructional design, or related business operations experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND six (6) years of training, learning and development, instructional design, or related business operations experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Two (2) years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, instructional materials, or learning content. Two (2) years of experience coordinating training schedules, maintaining training records, and supporting learning program administration. Two (2) years of experience assessing training needs, analyzing performance trends, and measuring training effectiveness. Two (2) years of experience utilizing learning management systems (LMS), reporting tools, or business applications to manage training data and reporting. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Five (5) or more years of training, learning and development, instructional design, or related experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. Experience developing, publishing, and maintaining e-learning content and digital learning solutions. Experience supporting training initiatives within healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or service-based organizations. Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence, engage, and collaborate effectively with diverse audiences across multiple levels of an organization.
