You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OFFICE (EMPO) of ASSTSECNAV MR-A WASHINGTON DC. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience advising senior leadership on complex, high-level programs by providing technical advice and consultative services on issues related to Human Resources, professional, or other specialized workforce programs. Experience developing policies, programs, strategies and tools for Human Resources ensuring effective implementation of policy guidance and compliance with statutory requirements. Experience analyzing and assessing complex issues regarding Human Resources programs, including those not covered by existing precedents or requiring new methods for implementation.
